This Mother’s Day show your mum she’s your number one and treat her to the most fashionable lunch date. Go all out at Harvey Nichols Birmingham with a three-course meal for your nearest and dearest for £30 per person. As well as the delicious menu, diners will also receive a voucher for a complimentary 30-minute Pro-Collagen Facial from leading skincare brand Elemis*.
The Mother’s Day menu will be served on Sunday March 31 and has been specially-created by Head Chef Stewart Mackie and his team. It features traditional favourites – such as roast rib of beef with horseradish cream and Yorkshire pudding – alongside temptingly modern dishes such as cured lamb with breaded goat’s cheese and roasted fennel, garlic lobster or leek risotto with leek purée. Sweet treats include lemon meringue roulade with ginger curd and banana soufflé with salted caramel ice cream.
