Where to eat for your graduation meal in Birmingham city centre

You’ve got grades now it’s time to celebrate! Graduation is a momentous day and what better way to end a perfect day of success than with a lovely meal out with the family. Here’s just a few of restaurants on offer in the city centre that will help you toast your time here in style.

Fumo (Selfridges)

Enjoy stunning views overlooking the iconic Bullring for your graduation meal at Fumo in Selfridges. This Italian restaurant is owned by the award-winning San Carlo group and are known for their attention to detail. They serve up dishes using only the finest ingredients from Italy so if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine and beautiful interior for your grad pictures, this is the place.

The Cosy Club

The Cosy Club offers a sense of being somewhere special with a hint of nostalgia. The menu offers luxury comfort food with some well-loved classics and favourites from across the world so there’s something for everyone to enjoy even the fussiest of eaters. The Cosy Club are also giving every graduate a FREE glass of fizz when you dine with them. This is available on selected dates only according to each Birmingham university graduation dates.

If you join them between 4-8pm Sunday-Thursday, you can enjoy their teatime tipple offer of 2 cocktails for £9.95.

The Lost & Found

Step right into The Lost & Found’s decadent den and be spoilt for choice with what’s on offer. Enjoy their extension range of quirky cocktails and mouth-watering food menus including their Josper charcoal oven dishes and homemade stone baked pizzas. They do plenty of offers in the week including 50% off their Josper menu on Tuesdays, £5 Found cocktails from 5-8pm Monday to Friday as well as 25% off champagne and sparkling wine all day Thursday & Friday.

However, as a treat for your hard work, they are offering all graduates who book a table with them a free glass of prosecco.

The Ivy

If you’re looking for somewhere to impress, The Ivy on Temple Row oozes sophisticated glamour with its signature green and striking burnt orange banquettes and polished marble floors. The à la carte menu consists of modern British classics and internationally inspired dishes such as The Ivy Collection Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Milanese and Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder. They do a lunch and early evening menu where you can get 2 courses for £16.50 and three courses for £21.

The Botanist

Enjoy botanical cocktails and food inspired by the deli and BBQ at The Botanist. On the menu, you can expect their famous hanging kebabs, activated charcoal flatbreads, pies and grilled meats. Las Iguanas

Revolucion De Cuba

This Cuban restaurant offers laid-back vibes, rum cocktails and delicious Latin-inspired food without hopping on a plane. If you fancy continuing the celebrations into the night, they have a very grand Havana rum bar upstairs where you can expect live music from 5pm and happy hour 3-7pm Monday to Friday and 5-7pm on Saturday.
