Vegetarian restaurant, 1847 brings a modern element to the historic features of Great Western Arcade, after unveiling its new look following a makeover in April.
The popular restaurant has undergone a new face lift by creating a more contemporary, stylish Scandinavian vibe to match the fresh, seasonal, plant-based ingredients on their menu.
There is now additional seating upstairs and outside the restaurant so diners can enjoy the sunlight beaming through the arcade while enjoying their meal. New features also include a new botanical bar area, Dandelion which will be serving up botanical based cocktails, wine, spirits champagne and local bottled beers. You can sample their cocktails by taking advantage of their offer of 2 for £10 until 7pm.
As a great way to encourage diners to try their plant-based foods, 1847 offers a massive fifty percent discount every Monday, as part of its meat free Monday initiative. They are currently showcasing their brand new Spring A La Carte menu which features a variety of gluten & vegan dishes such as Marinated Tofu, Pomme Anna (classic French dish of sliced layered potato cooked in butter), Roasted Cauliflower, Gnoochi and Battered Halloumi. Diners can enjoy two courses for £22 or three courses for £29.
In keeping with the local workers around the arcade, the restaurant is planning to offer fresh delicious lunches such as posh salads and pastas to take away.
