Jigsaw has unveiled a sneak preview of its quintessentially British S/S14 men’s and women’s collections, which will be available to buy at the Cannon Street store in the coming months – we think you’re going to love them….
The women’s collection has thoughts of pebble beaches, Sunday pub lunches, and long strolls through the lush countryside, the serene neutral knits and empowering prints lead us into the Spring/Summer season with a fresh, fashion-forward perspective.
Use of cropped silhouettes, beautiful fabrics and a refreshingly crisp, clean colour palette make this one of the most elegant collections to date, and embodies the heart and soul of the British woman.
The knitwear and luxury leathers remain some of their most inspiring, steadfast icons of the Jigsaw brand. Supple slub and fine gauge knits come in an array of tones to suit your style from urban neutrals to candy brights, and buttery soft leathers in inky blues and bleached brights are optimal for summer layering and mixing textures.
The Jigsaw Man’s journey continues this spring/summer with an exploration of heritage menswear shapes, character-fully tactile fabrics and 1950s Havana.
Taking inspiration from Alain Delon (the original Talented Mr Ripley), and Gael García Bernal in The Motorcycle Diaries key pieces such as the Harrington jacket , the updated bomber and the seersucker suit make their return.
The collection also features a variety of new prints and textures including patchwork knits, bandana print, heavy rice stitch jumpers, and soft cotton Oxfords.
In addition to their steadfast adoration to every shade of blue, there is a complementary earthy palette that includes hues of rich terracotta, deep marigold, brick and sandy neutrals.
The Jigsaw S/S Collections will be available to shop in-store soon.
