High-end skincare clinic to open at the Mailbox

The Mailbox, Birmingham’s premier lifestyle and shopping destination, is set to welcome high-end skincare specialist, Flint + Flint, through its doors later this year.

Following the success of its clinic within Harvey Nichols Manchester, family-owned Flint + Flint will be opening its first ever standalone concept clinic at the Mailbox.

As well as premium quality but affordable skincare products and gifts, Flint+ Flint will offer a selection of non-invasive treatments such as facials, Cyro Fat Busting, Oxygen Skin Treatments, Fractional Lasers, Super Quick Hair Removal, Vampire Facials and Doctor Led Injectables, all performed by fully-qualified and trained doctors, nurses and aestheticians.

Featuring dark, moody and opulent interiors with luxurious leather panelled walls, distinctive lighting, pop-art inspired furniture and quirky graphics, Flint + Flint describes itself as an ‘anti-spa’, positioning itself far from the usual cold ‘doctor’s surgery’ spa experience.

The clinic will open on Level 1 of the Mailbox alongside The Wedding Club, Heal’s, MADE.COM, Kitchen Gallery, Castle Fine Art and Country and Ribble.

Last month, the Mailbox launched its fully integrated app which takes personalised shopping to a completely new level. A world-first in retail, the app uses location-aware technology and permitted data insight to recognise and communicate with customers in real-time before they arrive, during and after their visits, and gives them access to unique tailored content and rewards.

At the heart of the new app is the Exclusive Club – a first of its kind loyalty scheme that rewards customers for every pound spent in the Mailbox, from the car park, shops, restaurants and bars to the salons, cinema and hotels.

In addition to accessing the Mailbox’s super high speed Wi-Fi, customers can make table reservations and pre-order good at participating Mailbox restaurants, book tickets to Mailbox events, and read and interact with the brand new Mailbox Life digital magazine, all without leaving the app.
