Planning to stay in Birmingham? Why not try something different at Staying Cool apartments at Rotunda? The serviced apartments in the heart of the city centre have launched a new initiative called Cooking Cool, which provides all that you need to create delicious two-course meals in the privacy of your apartment. Enjoy the stunning views and relax!
With Cooking Cool you can make a delicious meal without the effort of planning or shopping for ingredients. Staying Cool will ensure that you have on hand seasonal recipes, locally sourced ingredients and all the equipment required.
The first seasonal menu celebrates autumn/winter: the main is pan-fried sea bass, chorizo, sweet potato mash & seasonal chilli greens with a dessert of pomegranate & blackberry Eton Mess.
The ingredients and recipes for the first Cooking Cool meal plus recipes, cost £15 (serves one) or £25 (serves two) and can be ordered in advance only when you book your apartment.
Cooking Cool is the result of a new partnership between chef Alex Claridge and Staying Cool serviced apartments. Alex, ex-The Warehouse Café and founder of Edible Brum magazine, is Creative Director of Urban Coffee.
