Michelin star chef makes Birmingham city centre home
Bennetts Hill in Birmingham city centre is soon to become home to the newest Michelin starred chef with the arrival of Adam’s restaurant on Friday 12 April.
Adam Stokes, who earned a Michelin Star and 4AA Rosettes in 2011, will be the latest culinary star to join the city’s growing list of coveted chefs flying the flag for Birmingham on the international stage.
