Lovely in Lace

As feminine as it gets, lace not only dominated the S/S14 catwalks but was also the most tweeted term at London Fashion Week.  Burberry Prorsum opted for tailored pieces in the softest of pastels; Chloe went for laser-cut; and Christopher Bailey showcased an ultra elegant collection of ladylike dresses and pencil skirts teamed with cashmere cardigans. For an edgier look, Tom Ford and Dolce & Gabbana were inspired by the dark side with gothic spider web embroidery and dramatic black lace. We asked the Womenswear team at Harvey Nichols which pieces that should be gracing our wardrobes this season.
